Green St. house

So, we met with a realtor today to look at buying a house on Green St. in downtown Greer. Ben and I moved into an apt when we sold our townhouse, until we could decide where we wanted to live. We have decided that we love the downtown Greer area....it's where both of our families are from....and the downtown area has been growing....just a fun place to be.

So, we looked at 104 Green St. It's an old house....built in the 1950's, and across the street from the old high school stadium and a cute little park. It's also within walking distance to Mom's (Ben's grandmother) house, so we took Mac by there after for some Trick or Treating:)

The house has 3 beds/2 baths. I love the "old" feel of it.....and the location is so peaceful....and, only a 0.2 mile walk to downtown:)

We'll see what happens......
